This was my 3rd time ordering with tuneful shipping is usually rapid. This time it took a longer & I was scared something wasn’t right. However they explained its custom therefore it would take longer. I was irritated but once it came, I WAS VERY PLEASED, the hair is gorgeous, seems longer than a 24inch but that was cool for me. The hair is honestly really soft, minimum shedding and the lace is really easy to melt. I recommend this wig a lot it doesn’t disappoint, my stylist also said it is good quality
