Naturally, we love to see you shine, so it should come as no surprise that we take your happiness and satisfaction seriously.
If you are not happy with a recent purchase, we will do our best to put a smile back on your face.
Here are the situations that may cause disputes:
Delivery on the way:
1. Parcel seized by customs: It is the buyer's duty to do customs clearance. So, you should contact the customs office to take your parcel once it has been seized. Please feel free to contact us If you need any documents to clear customs(such as invoice) .
2. Status of shipment stagnated for a long time: If the status of the parcel stagnated for a long time, we advise you to contact your local shipping company to check it for you. At the same time, we will ask our shipping agent to figure out what happened to your parcel. You can keep in touch with us until the parcel is delivered successfully.
Unsuccessful delivery
1.If the parcel is delivered unsuccessfully because of the wrong address offered by the buyer. We are not responsible for any loss caused
2. If the parcel is sent to the wrong address or lost by the shipping company, we can resend the parcel to you or offer you a refund.
Customer Refuses The Package
Please do not refuse to sign the package with the courier before contacting our customer service, or the long-term shipping time and shipping fee will be borne by you. Thanks for understanding.
Shipping Damaged Items
We are proud of our products, but we can't control the shipment. In some extreme cases, the item you receive may be damaged during transportation, so you should check the hair condition when you receive it. If the unfortunate thing really happens, please provide us with the photo and video, and contact us at support@tunefulhair.com. Notice: We will not accept Shipping Damage Claims more than 15 days from receipt of products.
Item Not As Subscribed
You are encouraged to open the parcel to check the item once it is delivered to your house. You should contact us within 15 days if you are not satisfied with the item. if the size, style, color doesn't match your needs, please contact us for return or exchange. We don’t accept used hair returning and any claim about not matching description. Besides, if you just don't want the item and want a refund, please also contact us within 15 days after you receipt it, and you will be charged up to 10% restocking fee. (This is withheld from refund)
Notice: Refund does not include the Shipping Fee since it has been paid to the shipping company, please understand.

Unauthorized Transactions
Once you find that anyone has placed an order from your card or your account, please kindly inform us within 7 days after the order was placed. We don't accept unauthorized transaction refunds provided when the order was placed over 7 days.
Return/refund for no reason
If you want to return an item without any quality issues for exchange within 30 days of receipt, please email support@tunefulhair.com with your order number. We will offer you the return address. But you are supposed to pay the shipping fee. Return/refund for quality problem. Please send us an email with your order number, indicating if the item you received has any quality problems. such as: wrong color, wrong size, wrong style, and so on. It will be more persuasive if you attach a picture of the packing box containing the shipping information and a picture of the item you received in the email. We will look into the case once we receive your email, and then offer you some solutions.
Note: Upon receiving your returned package, we will conduct an inspection. If everything meets our return requirements, we will process your refund via your original payment method within 2 business days; please allow for some patience during this process. Refunds typically take up to 5 business days to be credited to your account.
Once you have shipped the return package, please send a photo of the package and the return tracking number to our email address support@tunefulhair.com.
Kindly reminder:
If you want to return it within 30 days, please keep the item in original condition, factory condition, as we do not sell refurbished or previously owned products. Please make sure the wig is INTACT and the LACE has NOT been cut. Items that have been used or washed cannot be returned anymore.
What does "returned in the original condition" mean?
This means the hair extensions have:
✓ Hair has NOT been washed, conditioned, installed, colored, bleached, or worn.
✓ Ties have NOT been cut, and the hang tag is attached.
Should I contact you before returning My Parcel?
Yeah, sweetie, we will add notes to your order before the package is returned, so please do not return the parcel before contacting us. For any returns, you must contact customer service department to obtain a Confirmation#. Once the returned package is received & inspected, your refund will be processed and automatically applied to your original payment account. Buyer are responsible for the return shipping charge.
Once the return has been authorized with the given Confirmation#. Assigned returned item(s) will be allowed to be returned for a refund. Please include your email address and order# Confirmation# by our customer services.
Order Cancelling: We can cancel the order for you if you contact us in time after your purchase.
1. If you contact us within 24 hours after your payment finished, 5% of the order total will be charged as a transaction fee.
2. If after 24 hours, 15% of the order total will be charged as a transaction and handling fee.
3. Orders can't be canceled once the parcel is shipped out or we have already begun to customize the hair extension.
4.If choosing the PayPal e-check to pay, it takes 5-7 days for PayPal to complete the settlement. During this time, if the customer wants a refund, 5% of the order total will be charged as handling fee. All rights to interpret are reserved by Tunefulhair.com
5.Return the hair to us with a tracking number within one week of receiving it
Note: If requesting for repair or exchange or cancellation of your order, you shall first contact us by service email: support@tunefulhair.com We will not provide any exchange, return or repair service on returned hair without our permission, and all loss will be afforded by the customers.
Return Process
To return your product, please send us an email to support@tunefulhair.com to get the return address.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.(Including customs clearance fee)
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
Refund time
After receiving the goods in the warehouse, we confirm that the goods are intact and will refund you within two working days.
Return Shipping Fee
1.If you wish to change the hairstyle, color, length, or density of the product, please keep the hair in its original, unaltered condition and contact us. We would be happy to assist you with an exchange or return; however, you will be responsible for covering the return shipping costs.
2. If you receive an incorrect package, please contact us immediately. Once we have verified the error, we will arrange for the correct item to be sent to you in exchange. We will cover the return shipping costs in this instance.
3.If you open the package and discover that the product is damaged or suffers from quality defects, please contact us immediately and provide supporting photos or videos. Upon verification, we will assist you with a replacement or return, and we will cover the return shipping costs.
4.If the reason for the return is not due to a quality issue with the wig but rather for personal reasons, the buyer must bear the corresponding return shipping costs. Alternatively, we may deduct the return shipping fee directly from your refund amount. The shipping fee deducted from your refund typically ranges from $5 to $15, depending on the weight of the item and the destination.
5.As custom products are produced on demand, items featuring custom colors or cap constructions are not eligible for returns or refunds. Additionally, please note that the actual color of the product may vary slightly due to differences in lighting conditions during photography or variations in monitor displays. We carefully inspect every item before shipment to ensure it meets our quality standards.
We cannot be held responsible for product issues—such as hair shedding, breakage, or lace damage—that render the product unusable, if such issues are caused by the buyer's own actions or mishandling.
